Why can’t all beers be of this quality? Damn this is fantastic! Sweet and tart oh so complex and delicate. Creamy marshmellow aroma. peach and pineapple and light spice. Sierra Nevada makes some damn good beers but this has Vinny’s stamp all over it. I need a friggin keg of this golden elixer. This why I buy all the sub par brews in hope of finding a beer like this. I could go on and on the Belgium aspect and the west coast influence. DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - SEP 11, 2012
Tap, Russian River brewpub, Santa Rosa, CA, 13/08/12. Mild, papery wheat and lemon, streaks of depth and pepperiness, a little dankness. Level-headed yellow gold, lightly misted. Orange rind, pepper, parsley-like herb aroma. Good, but positively tame compared to some of the other treasures on the table.

Hazy bright golden orange color with 2 fingers of eggshell colored, effervescent foam. Fantastic aroma of oranges and caramel with some yeasty dank notes. The carbonation is lively, carrying some juicy, citrus hops atop medium sweet caramel flavor with some toasty bread crust to finish. It’s extremely refreshing, with the yeast emphasizing some of the citrusy aspects and then just a touch of dryness to close it. crosamich (433) - Twin Falls, Idaho, USA - SEP 8, 2012
moderate Belgian character. rate is from right when this came out so tart but barely there Brett/funk pellegjr (396) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 8, 2012
750, pours hazy brass with foamy white head, tart and lightly estery /phenolic aroma, intriguing, light but assertive malt presence, mildly funky, heavy cabonation, decent, time will be good to this beer (although it will be a bottle bomb by then)

pours a semi-clear pale orange with a small white head that leaves without saying good-bye, and little to no lacing.
smell is somewhat sour, floral, citrus, yeast, and a touch of spice.
taste is carbonated, tart, citrus, wild yeast, a touch of malt, some fruits, and some caramel. ends tangy and tart. ads135 (4607) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - SEP 5, 2012
Great sour aroma, but sadly the taste doesn’t match. Weak and watery taste. Some wild yeast, some sour lemon, and a bit of cherry. A gift from Nick. Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 5, 2012
This poured a cloudy yellow color with a white head. aroma was lots and lots of brett, light wheat notes, lemon peel, and some other light spices. Flavor was a tad sweet for what I was expecting, light alcohol nnotes, some spice, and good amount of brett. Reminded me of a bretted triple. 25.4 oz. Bottle. Fresh. Lots of sediment, Brett, in bottom of bottle. Vinous, breadiness scent, Brett underneath, a little weak in strength. Bubbly white head to a ring over a copper high carbonated pour. Light body, crisp, with a fizzy finish - great! Delicate flavor, bright fruit (lemon), vinous, bread, Brett, peppery spices. A little expensive, but I’m going to age a bottle.
