750 thanks to Sparky in Summer 12 Secret Santa. Pours a big carbonation. Aroma is yeasty and slightly brett like. Very nice saison taste with lemon and zest. Brett is not strong and sour is not strong, but this is a solid saison either way. Tmoney99 (14854) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 22, 2012
Bottle. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus sour fruit aroma. Medium to full body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet & sour finish of moderate to long duration. This beer exceeded my expectations.

Sweet malty aroma lemon zest rind, with wood. Murky copper with continuously rising bubbles. No head. Malty creamy lemon, with pear. GODiSSOUTHERN (390) - Virginia, USA - JUL 21, 2012
Definitely plenty of brett taste. Nice sharp lemony finish. Pretty straightforward and easy drinking. jcnielsen (3416) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUL 21, 2012
Bottle. Pours a golden color with minmal head. Green apple, lemon, tart aromas. Tart, brett, pear flavors. Seems a little under carbonated.

Bottle. Poured into a tulip glass a golden orange color with a big pillowy white head. The aroma is slightly fruity with a touch of spice as well, lemon. Medium mouthfeel. Starts with a very Belgian yeast type of flavor with fruit, banana, and spice and then moves to a ever so slight barnyard note. Slight bitterness in the end. Overall, its decent but I am looking forward to this sitting for a while to develop. SphinxTX (2875) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - JUL 21, 2012
Bottle. Pours hazy orange with fizzy white head. Aroma of light funk and citrus. Flavor has some complexities such has farmhouse, citrus, antique, attic, earth, fruits, wheat malt, no real tartness in this brew though. Ligjt-medium mouth feel with very high, fizzy carbonation. Overall, enjoyable brew but not worth the price tag. jkwalking05 (4743) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JUL 21, 2012
Orange in color with a large head that quickly disappears. Aroma is of perfume, lemon zest, light funk, and tart apple. Taste is of tropical fruits, citrus, and floral travita (5006) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUL 21, 2012
Bottle. Copper colored, nice foamy off white head but disapates quickly to a still beer, and see through. The smell is funk, fruit, hay, lactic, pineapple, mango, and good. The taste is dry, funk, tropical fruits, hay, slight tartness, and interesting. Lively crisp body. ryanfolty (2585) - Bourbon County, Minnesota, USA - JUL 21, 2012
July 21, 2012 bottle shared by Brandon. Orange pour with some head that quickly faded. Aroma was funk, belgian yeast and spice. Fruity, belgian yeast, spice, some sour and a dry and maybe even bitter finish. Light to medium bodied and some carbonation. May get better with aging, but not sure I want to pay $15 to find out.
