Poured from a bottle. Lasting, white layer to gold-amber body. Lemony hops to the nose. Mandarin together with lemony hops in flavour. Rounded bittersweet ending. Pleasant and rather easy to drink (drinking and eating party at Brensholmen, 26.03.2011).
The aroma is more discreet than the Nelson. Tropical fruit flavour, nice citrus sting. Pleasant beer. OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 29, 2011
0.33L unlabelled bottle, by courtesy of Rune. Low coarse blond top. Bright gold to pale amber colored body. Lemony hop aroma with notes of flowers and pine. Restrained semi-dry malt body. Acidic lemony fruit tones. Tight, kind of sharp bitterness. Less than medium full. Light resinous endnotes. Some sharp edges, yet a pretty good one, larsga (7508) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 23, 2011
Small white head. Clear amber body. Light floral tropical fruit aroma with mango notes. Dry-sweetish citric mango taste with mealy resiny notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish resiny floral tropical aftertaste with citric notes. Could be fresher, possibly due to age. (0.33l bottle shared by Rune.) Finn (7513) - Tromsø, NORWAY - APR 4, 2011
Fra flaske. Servert som aperitif under Boknafisk-lag på Fiskebruket 26 Mar 11. Gyldenbrunt. Høyt varig skum. Litt sitrus i aromaen. Harmonisk smaksbilde dominert av sitrus. Tørr ettersmak. Også en utmerket aperitif servert av Bryggebryggeren selv. (Liten markering: Min rating nr. 2011 - i 2011)
