COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: En humlet brown ale med en fyldig smag af karamel og chokolade balanceres af citruspræget humlet. Lang eftersmag og behagelig bitterhed gør øllet meget velgenet til stegt kød.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter strange harsh flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Totally unbalanced beer. Oily palate. Only nice aroma and looks saves this unpleasent beer.

Bottle, 5%. Very cloudy dark brown colour, almost muddy. Big stable creamy tan head. Quite hoppy aroma, peachy and refreshing. The flavour has a good hoppiness as well, starts off less fruity, but ends nicely fruity again. Surprisingly hoppy and nicely so.

50 cl. bottle. Dark brown colour with a big, fluffy off-white head. Aroma has a lots of hops: Pines, citrus, resin and grapefruit, caramel malts, a hint of toasted. Light bitter taste with alongside with a good amount of caramel. Medium body with an average carbonation. Finishes bitter however with a good amount of chocolate malts. Good, "hopped up" brown ale.
