Hazy orange amber beer, little white head. Light crisp palate. Creamy malt supports tart bitter orange and peel. Finishes a little over dry but that’s okay because I was expecting a sweet mess here! But it’s tart, crisp and refreshing!
Can 46,7 cl. Courtesy of BelgianBeerGal. Clear amber golden with an off-white head. Piquante, spicy and perfumy nose. Medium body, a little low in carbonation with spicy almost herbal notes and a lightly astringent finish. Interesting. 130809 bhensonb (15760) - Woodland, California, USA - MAR 8, 2009
Can from the Coop in Davis, CA. Sort of an orangey amber color with a slight off-white head. Aroma of grain with something lightly orange/citrus. Near medium body with fizzy carbonation. Goes flat in the mouth rather quickly. Pretty light ale. Not a great deal of orange. Mildly astringent. Begs the question: why?
