Tap at Swans. Clear bronze pour, small wispy head. Grassy, earthy, some tea notes. Meh. mcberko (18557) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 8, 2016
On tap at Swans Hotel, pours a clear copper with a small creamy beige head. Aroma is pretty mellow, with light bready English malt. Flavour is dry, with English bready malt and earthy notes. Pretty lame stuff. Meh. Lagerboy (2221) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 22, 2015
Bomber, as Swans Buckerfield’s ESB. Clear bright medium copper, lasting firm creamy tan foam. Caramel toffee malty aroma and taste, herbal, nutty. Average carbonation, light-medium bodied, lightly hopped. Nice. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary) DuffMan (10602) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 7, 2015
On tap @ the brewery. Medium Amber, toasty caramel, lightly fruity and nutty. Light. vadie (1256) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 17, 2014
Couleur du cuivre avec une très petite mousse beige. L’arôme du malt faible. Le goût est un peu du malt avec un peu d’houblon. Très peu de carbonization et pas bonne.

Beer was quite okay, but nothing special. By far not the best of Swan brewery. thb (832) - Alberta, CANADA - DEC 24, 2011
From the pub. Pours dark copper/light bronze. Straighforward ESB - caramel/toffee malts balanced by gentle english hops. Balance of richness and bitterness is key, and it gets it. pumpmaster (1430) - Pembroke Pines, Florida, USA - JUN 20, 2011
5 ounce sample draft at the Swans bar at $10.00CAD for 6-samples. Very good. manuchampions (1244) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 29, 2011
650ml bottle from Libations Liquor in West Vancouver. Pours a light copper with voluminous, big bubbled amber head which took 3 minutes to reduce to a half inch top. Aroma is predominantly caramel malt, some sweetness. Taste has a slightly medicinal herb sweetness, caramel malt. Odd, slightly carbonated finish with malt remaining present. Moderate ESB.
