Very nice red ale in the traditional style. Dark amber with a red tint, the beer had a nice aroma of malt and caramel. The flavor had the same along with just a bit of hops to balance. Dry and refreshing. pottygok (548) - Ohio, USA - APR 9, 2012
Aroma: Toasted malts readily apparent, with hints of cereal and caramel.
Appearance: Dark amber with thick, tan head.
Taste: Light-medium sweetness throughout with hints of bitterness in the finish.
Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, soft finish.
Overall: It’s a pretty solid beer. I’m not blown away, but I could certainly see picking up a six-pack. It’s creamy and malty, perfect for a summer barbecue.

(12 oz bottle) Mild aroma, with some biscuit notes as well as a touch of sweetness. Pours a clear reddish-amber, with a thin white head. Nice roasted notes in the flavor profile, and this beer is on the sweeter side. Light and easy drinking, and a nice change of pace. BVery (11512) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - FEB 26, 2012

Caramel malt aroma with light hops in the background. Light to medium body with a sweet malty character with notes of caramel, grain and hops. The finish is malty and lingers a bit. Decent overall.
