COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
I never met a Sasquatch I didn't like. This delicious beer starts with a distinct citrus aroma followed by a complex flavor from European Munich and Biscuit specialty malts. Finally, it ends with the trademark Buckeye finish- hops, hops, and more hops. The Columbus variety is used to balance the brew, and later Sasquatch and I personally dry-hop it with Cascade.

Medium sweet hoppy aroma. Not any real hints of malt in the aroma tho. Decent amber hue, but nothing to bold of a statement. Nice white head on it. Good imediate hoppy flavor, but no real malt texture to it. Not bad overall.

Hmmmm, pale ale. An excellent pale! Deep amber pour, thick foamy head, great balance of hops and citrus.

Thanks to alcfron for this good 22oz APA. Pours a deep amber color with a thick off-white head. Pleasantly hoppy and citrusy aroma. Flavor is a rather subdued blend of hops and caramel malt. I think it could have been a little more robust, especially considering how hoppy Buckeye seems to like their other brews. Still, this wasn’t bad at all.

Good hoppy aroma to it, nice autum color with an average head. Loved the hops in this beer, nice finish with the bitterness.

Very drinkable example of an APA. Smooth, citrus, nicely hopped. Crisp finish. Fresh, the brewery is close.

Hazy. Nice amber/copper color with a light cream colored head. Furity and hoppy nose with some distinct citrus notes. The mouthfeel is zesty. The flavor expresses a lighlty caramel malt with a high level of citrusy hop character and a decent amount of bitterness. The finish is clean, dry, and lasting. A very nice beer.

thick malty/hoppy body and taste. crisp finish with nice hop that stays just long enough. A very sessionable pale ale (although a 22oz’er session!)
