Bottle. Pours an amber body with an off white head. A malty body with a lightly grain body crisp with an light dried fruit sweetness and a thin slick body. Hints of berries and corn husk. Eh.

Bottle. Pours slightly opaque amber with a thin effervscent head. Aroma is mild but hints towards berries and honey-butter. Flavor is sweetly subtle; fruity sweet, honey-butter, and slightly citric. Palate is inoffensive.

caramel colored and flavored with a hint of German style hop. clear with short white head the beer is lightly sweet with malt. it is refreshing and does lose its carbonaton after a couple of minutes out of the bottle. i got an alcohol flavor like bourbon or better yet rye at first taste.

Bottle from Capone’s. Pours clear deep coppery brownish, with ruby edges. Nose is caramel malt, brown sugar, vinous fruit. Tastes caramel malty, with vinous fruit notes. Medium palate heft, with a bit of a lack of balance and complexity. Not a repeater for me.

12 oz bottle from a variety six pack from EZ Liquors. Pours a clear red orange with a small off white foamy head that quickly disipates. Aroma of vegtables, old corn, musty basement and wet leather. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a smooth watery finish. Flavor of some amber malts, watered down caramel, and biscuit. This beer sure won’t knock your socks off, well maybe the aroma will now that I think about it.

I like this beer. Not too heavy. Light enough to drink more than just a few. Im tired of all those micro over flavored beers. This is a good beer for those who want more than a light beer and less than a heavy micro.

No head, just white ring. Body is watered tea, yellow w/ orange and some brown. Aroma is sour, sugary, some toffee and cherries maybe. Taste is a little watery too with cherries and caramel. Aftertaste is skunky. My friend said it reminded him of a certain southern area of a woman.

The color is light brown and a bit hazy. The beer has a nice aroma. Vert lightly carbonated. It is an easy, simple beer to drink.

a rather underwhelming beer. cloudy w/ little head. citrusy and sweet, but very lacking in malt profile for a amber lager.

(12 oz bottle: Obtained in trade with hopdog, thanks Steve!) Amber lager? Who are they trying to fool? Pours medium yellow in color with a small, white head that quickly shrinks to a partial sheen. Lightly sweet aroma is totally overrun by wet cardboard, so the nose is pretty unpleasant. The very same cardboard also dominates the lightly sweet flavor, as I really cant identify any malt or hops at work here. And wow, the watery, cardboard finish is really terrible. This is just bad stuff. And Im surprised because they call it an amber lager. I never imagined it would be a pale lager, and a bad one at that. This really gives macro swill a run for its money.
