Pours yellow. Aroma of lime. Refreshing lime flavor. Booze is present. Stronger Bud Lime.

Not sure how this qualifies as a beer. Very boozy and filled with sugary syrup and artificial lime flavorings. Too much to handle. Makes me sick after a few sips due to its overwhelming fakeness.

Smells like lemonade. Hazy light yellow in color. Lime in the flavor, but not enough Margarita-esque. Not horrible though.

(Can, so kindly provided by Mora2000) Pours a hazy pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of margarita (salt, corn syrup, lemon/lime artificial flavoring). Flavor is of a cheap margarita too. If these salty corn syrup drinks are your thing, go for it.

Can. Pours a very cloudy greenish yellow color with a very small head that fades to a ring. Aroma smells exactly like a lime margarita mix, which is pretty nice actually. Taste is moderately sweet with a moderately sour finish. Kinda tastes like lime soda mixed with a margarita. It’s better than I expected it to be. It’s pretty salty too. And I’m surprised this still qualifies as a beer on this site because there are absolutely no beer characteristics here.

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2014 Had the strawberry variant a few weeks ago, I tried a few sips of this from my wife at a concert. Served in a cold can, I can make out the faintish green-yellow color and some white foam. Aroma is almost like taking a whiff of margarita mix, though a tad lighter, and booze. Taste is the aroma, a boring restaurant margarita with low-shelf tequila. Medium body, low carbonation, very sweet, limey, tart, boozy, syrupy with sweet/sour finish. Probably should have been better poured on rocks, then I remind myself this is beer. Just an okay margarita-like drink, not really a beer to me.

8 fl oz / 237ml can into a shaker. Served cold. Aroma: Lemon candy. Jolly ranchers. Appearance: Hazy, murky, sinister-looking pale light greenish colored body. Soda like head dissipates instantly. Taste: Lime-y soda. A weird aftertaste makes it obvious that there is alcohol in it. There’s no fruit in this; why is it classified as a fruit beer? MALTERNATIVE AS IT GETS. Palate: Fizzy, sickly sweet, instant finish. Overall: So we can buy cheap margarita mix and dump beer in it and suddenly it’s a fruit beer? AVOID AVOID AVOID.

1 oz sample from ABI rep. This isn’t beer folks, this is malt-beverage-premix-alchopop stuff. Limey, alcoholic, pre-made margarita that somehow has beer as a starting point. Might be suitable as Gettin’ Laid Lemonade.

8 oz can purchased as a single at some grocery store in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The pour is a hazed, yellow margarita appearance. The aroma is salt, sweet triple sec, and cheap tequila - basically they house margarita at a below average Mexican place. Taste is the same, overly sweet somewhat weak tasting margarita. The palate is medium bodied, slick, sweet finish. Not my thing at all.

Can: Lemonade looking drink with ton of fake lime. Taste is not that far off Margueritas and not even close to beer. I can see this drink working for a certain crowd but I am not really sure it has very much to do with beer at the end of the day.
