8 ounce can shared with drsilverworm. Pours a really bright pink with no head. The aroma is like Hi-C fruit punch. I get some tropicana orange juice as well. Sugary mouthfeel. High carbonation. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 2, 2014
8oz can, shared with jstax. Good god, this is the pinkest thing I have ever seen. It’s so unnaturally pink. Can reads "... and artificial colors." Not surprised at all. It’s so bright, it makes me nervous to drink this. Looks like it could illuminate a dark room, slightly. Geez, the smell... It smells like strawberry bubblegum. Tastes sugary sweet. We’re calling this beer, really? This is a frankenstein bastardization of a beer. This offends me about as much as Lime-A-Rita did. Not awful, but what the hell is this? Medium plus body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. Lightly slick finish. Fuck this shit. I dunno... I’ve had a few of these ’Rita things now... Sometimes, like with the Apple and Mango versions, I’m like wow, this is surprisingly OK... And other times, like with this and the Lime thing, I’m like "what the hell am I drinking???" Not sure if it’s a variance of my mood or the beers, but either way, the whole series makes me uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t call any of them "beers". Go to hell AB-InBev. I feel dirty drinking this stuff. Even for science.. Billicus (291) - @RED BHUT JOIKIAS!, Paulsboro, New Jersey, USA - JUL 23, 2014

From 25 ounce can. Odd neon pink color. Aroma is fruit punch, with hints of artificial strawberry, salt, and lime. Taste is similar to aroma, with lots of fruit punch. Like the salt component, but has an odd artificial finish. Very strange to try to rate this as a beer. Not a horrible malt beverage, but a pretty bad beer. pdx76 (651) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 17, 2014
Can - pours cloudy pink with no head. Nose of fruit punch, lime margarita, kool aid. Taste is of strawberry/cherry koolaid. Not my type of drink!

Tiny can, what is this - 8 oz? Actually a lot less offensive than the regular version, but the strawberry notes (albeit artificial in nature) don’t make up for the strange qualities that this imparts - margarita notes - strange. Still pretty unappetizing. How hard is it to just make a margarita? dlihcsnatas (745) - Temple, Texas, USA - JUL 14, 2014
Trying all of the Bud Lite Rita line up due to trying the margarita one a few days back. Haven’t rated that one yet but will be as soon as I am drinking another one. So anyways, this one is a strawberry pink with no head. That is to be expected if this was a drink made with juice and liquor so this is not a down side because it still is loaded with carbonation. The taste is spot on for a Margarita with strawberries. I am a huge margarita fan in the summer and make my own as well using traditional Taquila and a salt rimmed glass. The flavor from this is almost the exact same as that. There is a bit of salt flavor and a bit of Taquila like twang that make this the next best thing to the real thing. With the flavor about as good as it can probably get and the kick it packs in there makes this one my new summertime favorites. rxeight (3080) - Illinois, USA - JUL 14, 2014
What’s with all the hate on this one? It’s jam packed with intense strawberry flavor and more diabeetus than a dark lord vertical. It’s cheap, and easily available. You can get it in a tiny can, or a giant can. It’s a Rita. What’s not to love? Zymurgeist2 (2240) - Redwood City, California, USA - JUL 11, 2014
On tap at Grant’s Farm. This is a tough one to rate....especially the appearance. Aroma of sweet fruit and strawberry. Lime not perceptible. Pours a mostly clear fuchsia with no head. Taste is sugary sweet, puckeringly so. Like a fruit punch, the strawberry seems to overwhelm the "rita" aspects of the beer. Malt barely present. Could not drink it and it was a freebie. Just cloyingly sweet and nothing enjoyable, but it was not contaminated. andrepintado (3397) - Lisbon, PORTUGAL - JUL 11, 2014
Can from american store. Appearance is hazy orange, rose, red. No head. Body is light. High sweetness. Aroma is strawberry, chewing gum, alcohol. Expected much worse!
