COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bud Light Platinum has reinvented the category of light beer. Within each cobalt blue bottle lies a bold formula thats triple filtered with a smooth finish to create its stop shelf taste. Its the first of its kind, and the only beer worthy of the name Bud Light Platinum.

Pours a pale yellow with a bubbly white foamy head Aroma of cider and pale American lager. Taste is notably sweeter than bud light. Still finishes crisp but with a small sour note. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear, pale, golden with a fizzy white head. Aroma is weak with bready and grainy notes. Flavor is is hardly noticeable but essentially the typical watery swill. Increased ABV is hardly noticeable as well. I dont understand this brew as it is just a Bud Light.

What happens when you mix bud light with alcohol? You get this nasty ass beer.

Absolutely gross. Tasted like bud light mixed with vodka. I bought this based on curiosity only but I had to pour out almost the whole bottle. Surprised this is actually rated higher than budweiser.

12oz bottle. Rating #193. Clear and pale yellow pour with a thin white head. Not much aroma, picking up a little graininess and a bit of skunk. Mild flavor, no bitterness, lightly sweet grains and very little aftertaste. Not horrible really, it doesnt have that sick sweetness that I get from the usual Bud products which made it drinkable for me. (2390)

Super clear pale yellow color, super fizzy. Smells like a skunky lager and taste like water with a hint of copper. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had one of these during the Super Bowl and immediately went back to drinking Budweiser. Better than Bud Light, but not by much!

Really pale, kind of a small well retained head. The aroma is actually more like a Helles than a Pale Lager. Some sweet grainy malt, some honey, but also some malt liquor corny and alcoholic notes too,. The flavor is pretty much like malt liquor. Im really surprised, lots of folks Ive talked to said this had a very neutral flavor and fit the Bud Light name perfectly. It doesnt at all, the fusel corn, the alcohol, the light cloying sweetness, theyre all there... folks who are paying inflated prices for a sixer of this would do well to go with Olde English 800... this is particularly worse than that beer and the label isnt nearly as nice looking.
