Pours some hazy bright gold with a nice white head. Moderate head retention, some irregular lacing. CItrusy nose. Medium body, average carbonation, slisk texture. Taste is moderate bitter, citrusy , dry aftertaste. Good.

(bottle) hazy golden colour with a billowing off-white head. aroma of heavy citrus peel and lavender, quite perfumed, with some notes of yeast, peanut shells and grape skins. flavour is mostly grape juice and pale malts, very sweet and tannic, with a hint of nettles and a medium-bitter almond finish. medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation.

On tap at Oedipus Brewing, Amsterdam on 22-Jan-2016. Sample, Hazy pale amber with a large white head. Aroma of sweet malt, tropical fruits, and orange peel. Very floral. Medium body and carbonation. Taste of sweet soft fruit, biscuit malt and caramel. Lightly hopped. Light bittersweet finish, Tasty, but there are so many better pale ales out there.
