Aroma of hops and caramel. Amber color, off-white head, very good lace. Light, caramel, soft hops. Short and dry finish. More like palm used to taste before it was over-commercialized.

Nice color with a medium head. Sweetish aroma. Decent balance of hops and malt, with just a touch of bitterness. Not bad at all.

rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JAN 12, 2010
Draught at Het Amsterdammertje, Göteborg. Crystal clear charneol colour. Creamy head. The lacings cover all the inside of the glass. Caramelly nose. Soft and elegant caramelly, cookie malty mouthfeel, with bit of sweet tobacco and light flowery hops. Low bitterness. This was a nice surprise. Solid, tasty Ale, reminiscent of the maltier bitters or even Belhaven. Not a standout but solid.

MADpalace (219) - Budel, NETHERLANDS - NOV 1, 2010
I like this beer because of its taste, but I really regret it is a bit watery. It could be much better if the taste and smell were a bit stronger. But anyway it is a nice beer to drink, very mild with a bit of sweetness.

Bosskie (900) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 3, 2011
Transparent, warm deep orange-brown at the top and flowing into a typical pils hay colour. Nice carbonation. Weak frothy head. Heavy hoppy caramel chocolate smell, raisins, like liquor bomboms. Reminds me a bit of a good stout. Good balace of water and bitterness and, surprisingly, refreshing. Bit too light after so much on the nose. That chocolate again but now mixed with a delicious carbonation which makes it warm, almost like coke - sourwood. Woddiness, dryness.

Nice, clear amber colored beer with a white-brown foamy top. It has a sweet aroma which resembles Palm, but it has a touch of alcohol in it. The taste is slightly bitter, and also somewhat "Umami" or metallic. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste.
