Bottle, 6.5%. Malty aroma. Clear dark brown colour with a red shine. Small tan head. Roasted liquorice flavour, not so well-balanced. Malty enough and slightly sweet. Good alcohol level. OK for a macro.
Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin lazing tan head. The aroma has strong notes of caramel, malt, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of nuts and caramel, on a malty and bready back ground, leading to a very dry nutty finish.Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 20, 2010

A red beer with chunks of yeast floating around below a disappearing orange head. The is primarily sweet while the flavor is sweet and dry. Too simple.

(Bottle 30 cl) Brown beer with a reddish tint. Creamy, light brown beer. Notes of burned malt in both aroma and flavours and a rather pronounced bitterness balanced by sweet malt. Harmonious. 280204

Bottle. A strong aroma of malt and alcohol. The fast disappearing head is small and light brown, the body is red. The taste is quite bitter with a metallic finish. The body is medium strong, dry and without much carbonation. pivnizub (10910) - Bochum, GERMANY - APR 20, 2009
Bottle: Ruby-amber coloured, small - quite stable - foamy layer; sweetish dark-malty nose with a tinge of molasses; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering sweetish-bitter finish with a touch of bitter chocolate in the aftertaste, some warming alcohol detectable. A bit simple, but enjoyable........... Borresteijn (7602) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - AUG 13, 2008
