UPDATED: JUL 10, 2008 Bottle. Clear golden with a medium white head. Pleasant hoppy aroma. Medium bodied. Flavor starts malty sweet and then evolves into great hop bitterness. Tastes very fresh despite of the green bottle. A very good pilsner!

Bottled, Filtered? Pale yellow with bubbly head. This is the real McCoy, sharp refreshing clean malt flavour with overlying hoppy flavours. The highest I've ever rated a Pilsner.

Bottle Czechvar at Beer Sellar in KY. Pours a clear amber with a moderate white head that diminished slowly. Heavy grass hoppy aroma. Medium body. Good complex hoppy flavor with medium bitter finish of average duration. Very interesting brew.

Light odor, sharp initial flavor quickly settles down into smooth pilsener. Golden hue with a mild aftertaste. I can see why it's so well appreciated.

Draft at the Taphouse, Copenhagen. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light biscuit, cereal, light fruit and light citrus. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and light bitter. Above light bodied with light carbonation.

Green bottle from LCBO. Another one I never realized I havent rated. From memory. A golden pils with a thick white head. Aroma of grains, and unfortunate skunk (why green, guys). In mouth, a fresh grainy malt with green hops, mineral notes, a bit salty. Medium bodied. Not as good as I remembered.

Drake (14033) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 19, 2011
Bottle from Whole Foods Market P Street, DC. Best by 07/30/11. Pours a clear golden amber color with a medium creamy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Thankfully the green bottle didn’t skunk up the beer too badly, but there is a bit of skunkiness there. Sweet bready notes, apple and faint noble hops. The taste is grassy hops, dry toasted malts, bitter finish. Thin bodied. Decent balance. Not too bad.
