Overall: quite good dark beer hens (761) - Tallinn, Estonia, ESTONIA - DEC 20, 2012
0.5L bottle. Usual caramel hop aroma, very delicate smoke shines. Taste is sour smoked and cooked vegetables with little caramel. Finish is stupid bitter herbs water. Waterly finish spoils it all. Nothing special. Lowenbrau (4511) - Asturias, SPAIN - DEC 19, 2012
330ml bottle. Roasty, coffe and caramel aromas, Pours very dark, with nice tan head, some persistance but almost no lacing. Light bodied, average to soft carbonation, oily texture. Taste is malty, sweet, caramel, with strong roasted malt notes, very present at the end of the first sips, and continuing during the aftertaste. Balanced and nice. Enjoyable.
