50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a little dense light bornw head. Lovely aroma of roasted malt and light hoppy fruity note. Flavour is smooth, almost chocolate like, malty and with a nice fruity note from the hops. Leads into a nice mild bitterness and roasted note in the finish. Tapped. Dark red colour, large beige foamy head. Malty, a bit bitterish aroma with weak hints of plum (?). Roasted flavour with hints of malt and barley. The roast grows in the finish. Not that much aftertaste. madmitch76 (26453) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 2, 2011

Warning! Early amateur rating! Dark lager, at first the toasted malt was a bit overpowering but there is bitter chocolate and the crispness of the palate helps. A grower and ultimately quite drinkable.
Decent enough lager, clean, crisp, dry and nicely bitter. But paled in comparison to other lagers and pilsners in Prague, especially those on draught. cgarvieuk (26422) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 3, 2007
