From all the bad press I had expected worse. This is just an extremely average pale lager, no surprises.

Probably the most overrated beer I have ever tried. Very watered down flavor and not much taste.

dev (50) - Savannah, Missouri, USA - DEC 29, 2002
Grainy, straw color, thin head diminishes quickly, semi sweet, light hop-rice consistant flavor.

Waughbrew (18) - Portsmouth, Rhode Island, USA - DEC 27, 2002
This is not so bad, especially for the difficult style. Off-flavors and poor finishes run rampant in the lighter styles, but this is well-brewed. The company is still the devil, but their flagship beer is not all that bad.

Cheap, but better than some of the other mainstream beers. No part of it is stunning, but it's tolerable if it must be had. Stay away from Bud Light.
