Growing up in St. Louis, you do get numb to drinking Budweiser. Is is a good beer? No way if you are used to craft beers. Is it the worst beer? After all the mass marketing, many say yes after getting bombarded by the infinite # of commercials, ads, etc. from Anheuser-Busch. I am experienced enough to gone through worse beers (old Falstaff made in St. Louis, Hamms, Coors Light or Busch Light to name a few infamous ones). If a craft brewer would make a beechwood aged Lager, it could rate as a decent beer with tweaking the recipe. With the use of rice, lack of hops and the barest hint of the beechwood, the lack of overall aroma/appearance and flavor makes this beer barely decent (my St. Louis bias probably kept the rating a few tenths of a point higher). Add the excessive mass marketing, however, and you can get enough lemmings to drink anything.
UPDATED: NOV 19, 2017 For such a “fresh” beer, they must have put a lot of effort into making it taste this musty. Best served painfully cold. thexman (8) - ITALY - NOV 17, 2017 does not count

Love this beer it is a go to beer for me. Taste is pleasant and aroma is good. Though it can be a bit foamy at times depending on temp I would assume. 3/5

The pour is from a 24oz can and is a crystal clear straw colour with a very large head of foam. Above average head retention and my glass is coated with lacing after every sip.
The smell has some grain, sweet malt, and a slight bit of bitterness.
The taste is very clean and smooth tasting. A bit of grain, a bit of malt sweetness, and a slight bitterness in the finish. The body is just right for the style and it's easy drinking. Not much more I can say. It's just solid. AntonyWilson (459) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - NOV 9, 2017
340ml Metal bottle: Pours a crystal clear pale golden with thin white head. Aroma of corn, hay and a bread. Beer is slightly sweet with medium to low bitterness. Crisp finish with medium carbonation. Light bodied. Overall the beer is okay, but lacks flavour and is one dimensional. defabant (19) - ITALY - NOV 7, 2017
Sarà per la sua leggerezza, ma non la trovo così pessima. Fra le birre comuni la salvo, migliore rispetto ad altre imbevibili. nohopspleez (75) - Georgia, USA - NOV 1, 2017
King???? Really? I dont think so. Their ads put them there, but the beer they brew lacks most of what a real beer should have, namely - taste.
Sorry, i used to drink this all the time, but I will not buy any more. I drink German now.
Bud's ancestors brewed good beer, today? Not at all. TheChaBra (15) - California, USA - OCT 27, 2017
This is a pretty plain and boring beer that everyone has had. There are plenty of worse beers out there, but this one is nothing special
