Nose is on the thin side, malt, grass, caramel, paper.
Taste comprises toffee, dark malt, sugars, light caramel.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, touch of bitterness in the finish.

Sample at Hay Merchant. The beer is a clear amber color with a medium thin creamy off-white head that recedes quickly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of roast malt, caramel and earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a caramel malt aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Clear copper with a foamy white head. Lovely Amber biscuity nose with a grassy hop and a hint of butterscotch syrup. Nice smooth flavor of dry amber malt and cracker and a little earthy grassy bitterness. Great balance and earthy flavor. 12 ounce can. Pours a clear, dark golden orange with a decent beige head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Taste is malt, caramel, and some dark fruit. Pretty good.
