Very cloudy nectarine color. Watery, foamy head. Floral, honey nose. Body is light syrup. Taste is agave nectar, light wheat and vanilla. rougeau13 (2958) - Richmond, Texas, USA - OCT 29, 2013
Clear yellow-gold with a small white head. Weak aroma of heat beer and spice. Taste is yeasty and slightly bitter. Light bodied and a little dry. Not impressed. SudsMcDuff (8389) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - OCT 19, 2013

Tap at brewery. Light wheat, tea, yeast, and light spice.
Easy palate, spice, wheat, yeast, tea, very earthy, easy finish. Aurelius (5294) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - SEP 26, 2013
Clear, yellow; clingy thin white head. Honeyish aroma. Generally pretty bland - starchy malt, very light sweetness, not much in the way of spices or esters. Loses carbonation and the body is a bit watery. On tap, Hay Merchant, Houston.

Aroma of wheat, herbs, and touch of citrus. Pours a light hazy gold with a mostly lasting thin white head. The taste is wheat with herbal notes and a bread-like finish. Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Overall, ok bit nothing to write home about.

I was a little worried this was going to taste like potpourri but the chamomile is a nice accent, not a dominating presence. Plenty of other witbier aromas and flavors to round things out. djd07 (14369) - Houston, Texas, USA - SEP 2, 2013
On tap at D&T. Pours a clear gold with medium frothy white head. The aroma is a faint chamomile and wheat. Medium mouthfeel with strong wheat and chamomile tea with nice dry finish. Good.
