Small, almost non-existant head. Sweet malty aroma with lots of clove and pumpkin. Pale yellow orange body. Watery body with lots of sweetness, some pumpkin flavor and some spice. Mild hoppy aftertaste. Heavy carbonation. Too thin to be good.
Pours deep amber. Mouthfeel is almost creamy. I love that this is not too heavy on the spices. There are notes of burnt caramel that is great with the pumpkin pie flavors going on. ads135 (4924) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - SEP 16, 2017
A pretty decent pumpkin ale. Pours orangish gold with a thick pumpkin spice character. Cinnamon, nutmeg, squash and brown sugar. Tried for the first time in 2007. gripweed57 (2804) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - JUN 13, 2017
From old tasting notes. Brassy golden color. Fine bubble white head. Interesting pumpkin malt aroma with a hint of cloves. Flavorful spicy malt flavor with hints of cinnamon and allspice. Yes you can taste the pumpkin. Smooth, mild spicy finish. LetsGoState (903) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 31, 2016

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a Porter Bar goblet.
Appearance: clear dark brown body with orange-red highlights and a frothy, medium size tan head that reduces to a ring.
Aroma: artificial vanilla and holiday spices with a hints of baked bread and baked winter squash.
Flavor: Lightly sweet with some roast pumpkin flavor; over spiced and the spice mix i not very appealing.
Mouthfeel: Medium-full body with light carbonation; smooth.
Overall: not bad but nearing that mark. John25 (1291) - Middletown, New Jersey, USA - NOV 26, 2015
Bottle. Dark Amber. Aroma is pumpkin pie and nutmeg. The taste follows with the typical fall spices, mainly clove. Light and drinkable. Very good

Poured from 12 ounce bottle purchased at Whitey’s Wine and Liquor as part of a mix six pack, tasted on October 11, 2013--review from old notes. Cloudy amber/yellow color, pretty strong pumpkin aroma with some spice notes, moderate pumpkin/spice flavor with enough bitterness to keep things from getting off kilter. Not bad at all but seems to have lost something since I first tried it a few years before this try. WABeerFiend (413) - - NOV 13, 2015
Poured from a 12 oz bottle today. A: Cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and sweet pumpkin pie filling. It smells good, not like a spice bomb. A: Clear red/brown body. 1/2 head that stays. T: Pumpkin pie filling and cloves dominate. Vanilla is subtle. P: It’s way too carbonated and thin. O: The taste is disappointing. I normally like pumpkin beers, but this is a mess. Drain pour. edgallow (4376) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 4, 2015
