Hazy watery amber color with a small white head. Aroma of mace and allspice. An unusual spicy bland taste.

A clear amber colored beer. With a strong aroma of pumpkins, cinnamon, nutmeg and alcohol. Taste is pumpkin pie all the way. Slight carbonation to compliment the pumpkins and spice flavors. Overall this is just one big pumpkin fest. There's absolutely no complexity to the beer. I've never been a big fan of pumpkin pie and I'm definitely not a fan of pumpkin ale.

Drinking this beer makes me want to get a bio-engineering degree and create a bacteria that will rid the world of pumpkins. Buffalo Bill's Brewery? It should be called Buffalo Bill's Cowpies.

Smells of pumpkin, spices, rubber and vomit...seriously. Tiny, fizzy head with bubbles filling the glass. Rich, amber color and, at first taste, not so bad. Full, spicy flavor...can definitely taste the pumpkin and pices but the aftertaste is RANK! Like "chewing on a pen" said one friend. Glad I tried it, but ewwwww. Not again.

pumpkin colored, nice lacing, decent head. too clear. very spicy aroma, some pumpkin. alcohol maybe. tastes bad. i thought i might like this. very flat palate, only positive there is a clean finish. no taste early on but then this awful spicy bitterness. i imagine mace pluse Pledge would taste like this potpouri bullshit.

I will admit I’m more of a stout fan but I wanted to try a few pumpkin ales this fall and this was my first try. Weak aroma. There is a hint of cinammon and nutmeg but not strong. If you’re looking for a pumpkin pie flavor, you’ll not find it here. Very slight pumpkin flavor but overall quite disappointing.

Moms pumpkin pie was never this bad yuck. Looked good when poured but tasted horrible. Even thanksgiving day football could not help this beer.

Hazy, yellow - orange pour from bottle. Cinnamon and nutmeg on the nose. Watery taste of harvest spices and fruit, but not much pumpkin itself. Liked the smell, but not much else.

12oz bottle. clear orange pour with a small white head. gelatinous texture with a light body. typical pumpkin and spice aroma. flavor is a bit corny and grainy. some pumpkin and spice in there but nothing interesting.

Reviewed from notes. Pours a copper brown color with a very thin off white head. The nose brings a ridiculously overloaded amount of spice. Taste brings ever so slight hints of caramel and sweetness sitting behind ginormous amounts of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, clove, and probably every other spice man has ever found. Way too spicy and a bit thin overall. Poor drinkability. The epitome of what not to do with a spiced beer. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 10-20-2010
