Bottle. Smells like bile.... I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to drink this one. I’m a mom who raised two boys, and I learned to handle mud, worms, blood, poop, and some other gross things, but I never learned to handle vomit. My husband always had to handle that particular clean up duty. Slightly hazy honey gold with a small off-white head. Thanks to the smell I was only able to handle a few sips which were sour-bile-maybe strawberry flavor. All I could think about was the time when one of the boys was in jr. high and threw up his strawberry oatmeal after running a cross country meet. I tried to be objective, but this was obviously impossible and a drain pour for me.

Bottle courtesy of Ken. Pours a light plain amber body with light haze. Aroma is vomit and strawberries. Mouthfeel is medium to light with notes of dull strawberry artificial flavor.

Bottle to pint. Looks solid; a semi-transparent golden-orange with white head that dissipates into lacing fairly quickly. Smells of strawberries and ginger. Tastes like it smells, but not quite as pleasant. Average on the palate. Easy to drink and okay for what it is.

12oz bottle, pours like a golden pale lager. Aroma heavy on the strawberries, taste is of the same. Generic tasting strawberry flavor that overtakes the beer, even drowned out the ginger. light to medium body, average carbonation, thick feel of strawberries, cloying taste. Overall, drinkable, decent.

Pale golden orange pour with a white head. Nose is super sugary and sweet. Lightly tart with a strawberry sour candy sort of thing going on. A bit of grass, straw, and malt sweetness. Certainly tastes like a sour strawberry candy. Some sugar, a bit of malt, grass, and a little bit of spicy ginger.

Bottled. Poured cloudy medium golden with a sticky white head and lots of rising carbonation. The aroma picked up honey, toasted grains, artificially-sweetened strawberries, and ginger.. not a whole lot interesting or enticing going on, but it wasn’t offensive. The flavor found light bready notes, honey, and grainy malts at the core, with tacky, mostly sweet strawberries around.. finished tacky and dry, picking up a hit of ginger. Lighter-bodied with filling carbonation on the palate.. OK feel and flow.. sweeter than I wanted.. meh.

Savannah, Ga. - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 12 oz bottle. Pours a light orange with just a slight haze to it, not much of a head. Aroma has some strong ginger notes, just a hint of strawberry. Flavor is a nice melding of the strawberry and ginger initially. After a while it turns a bit cloying and artificial. Back end has a bit of a minty flourish to it. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Decent.

damzz (500) - Massachusetts, USA - OCT 12, 2012
Pours yelow gold with a white head that leaves no sheeting and quickly dissipates. Nose is faint strawberrys. Palate is medium -light body with slight bitterness and unaweetened ginger. Got it at a bsargain given it’s October.

drjay44 (3708) - Salida, Colorado, USA - OCT 4, 2012
12 oz bottle. Pours a thin, short lived white head, over a clear light gold (SRM 4) body....nose is cereal, light strawberry, light metallic hints.....taste is cereal, strawberry, ginger, finishing with an odd off bitterness....mouth feel light, carbonation high. This is a simple, uninteresting beer, which has the additional problem of not tasting particularly good. BJCP 5/2/10/4/5
