Light hazy amber with a thin, fine head that fades quickly. Bready aromas accompanied by light caramel and a sublte noble hop spice; surprising Belgian-esque phenols. Full bodied with caramel and light anise, low noble hop flavor with medium finishing bitterness. A seriously underrated beer in my opinion.
(draft at brewer) - Gosmy head collapsed fairly quickly. Somewhat cloudy ruddy red body. Only so slight aroma of hops. Nicely muted hoppy flavor. Must be the Ringwood. No resin to it. Tap. Pours clear orange Amber, small off white head, great lacing. Aroma is malty, Bready, caramel, candi sugar. Flavors is medium sweet, light plus bitter, a bit of a metallic finish medium body. Fatehunter (2561) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - APR 3, 2017
Pours a finger and half of head on a clear darker straw body.
Aroma is mostly tropical fruits, mango, pineapple and a little pine.
Taste tends sweet, bread and fruit. Nice.
Texture is softer.

Pours a golden amber color with a pale white head that dissipates quickly. Not much aroma. Flavor is very bright--lots of citrus, almost lemony. Moderately hoppy, but not overpowering. Nice, but not great. A little too sharp to drink a lot of at once.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Poured into a Michelob Celebrate! tulip. :) Pours coppery gold with a slight white head. Aroma of malt and some rather unusual hops. Med body. Flavor is malty, but there are some floral, fruit and herb aspects to help with that. There’s a tree bark/twig aspect. It tries to be astringent, but not quite dry enough for that. From a bottle into a Sierra Nevada stem glass. Pours orange amber with head and lace. Aroma of pale malts, orange zest. Medium carbonation and significant mouthfeel. Taste is mild and sweet...caramel malt, grain, a little bit of tea and fruit.

12 oz bottle: Aroma haas got a nice pungent resin like hop note with a light grainy malt backing. Appearance is a ever so slightly amber golden with a thick white head that lingers. Taste is mildly bitter with an intermingling play between the hops and the malt. Palate is medium to low carbonation with a light hop aftertaste. Overall, Pretty darn good stuff. Cheers!
