Yellow color that was a perfectly clear golden and the expected white head head and fizzy carbonation. It also had the most wonderful fruity aroma. The taste really shocked me, fruity with dusty, earthy hop tones. This was an excellent pils and the Bull and Bush has really been impressive to me as of late.

Tasted April 27, 2014 at the brewery. Listed as 5.2%. Pours straw gold with head and lace. Aroma of light malts. Moderate carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of light malts, sweet malts, light hops, subtle bitterness. Overall very easy drinking with minimum body, and minimum off flavors. Marheb (5717) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 11, 2016
(En fût à la source): Duveteux, gazonné, très vert dans les agrumes et une satisfaction céréalière. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - APR 10, 2010
Very pale straw colour with a thick white head. The nose is quite zesty up front with a very pronounced noble hop aroma over a dry crackery malt base. Fresh and hoppy with a nice, light hoppy bitterness. Pretty solid, session pils. George999 (455) - Colorado, USA - DEC 20, 2014

Tap@ bull bush. Clear golden color with white foam. Dusty pils malt, black pepper, bready aromas. Medium body. Rich pils malt, dusty, bready flavors with a spicy black peppery finish---good Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 6, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Pour is clear golden in appearance with a big white head and great lacing. Grassy, straw, noble hoppy, somewhat biscuity, and doughy aroma. Taste is floral, grassy, biscuity, grainy, a bit chalky, and bready with a crisp bitter finish. Light body with high carbonation. Great beer to pound. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a bright electric yellow with a medium white head. This is not a bad pils. I think it tastes quite a bit like a german pilsner. The flavor has plenty of saaz hops and it’s good and grainy. The finishing palate is very dry. adnielsen (10601) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - AUG 30, 2011
On tap @ brewpub. Light, clear, golden appearance with a small white head. Quite mild noble hoppy, light pale malty lager nose. Grassy, German hops, crisp, pils, pale malty flavor. Mild noble hoppy aftertaste. Easy drinking session beer that I bet even my brothers (who love bud light) could enjoy. Kevin (2199) - Montana, USA - MAR 12, 2007
tap at the brewpub. good clear yellow color. smells of wet pavement and butter, and this is actually a good thing(not the butter part though). herbal hop flavor greet me at first, with a little more buttery diacetyl fun. a bit of sulphur, but overall not that bad, i’ve had many pilsners that were worse.
