COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American Brown Ale with caramel like and chocolate like characters with a slight nut presence. Very low hop character but enough to combine with the malt and carbonation to provide a pleasant mouth feel. Finishes very clean with no aftertaste.

16 ounce can. Pours a clear pale amber with a nice beige head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Taste is malt, caramel, grain, and a bit of nuts. Decent.

Keg @ Bull Falls. Reddish pour with a small head. Pain au chocolate nose. Sort of plasticky flavor accents general sweet, flabby malt. A bit oily. Not great.

Can - It’s brown, and it has a foamy off white head. Toasted dark bread on the nose with a similar taste. Super smooth, though there’s a little too much sweetness. Malty and nutty finish. Hmm...the first decent Bull Falls beer I’ve had. Yay!

Very good! Slightly high on roasted barley bitterness, but otherwise near perfect! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour out of 16 oz can, clear dark red pour with thin off white head, aroma brought notes of earth, spice, metallic notes, slight caramel malt note but not much else. Taste was a bit of caramel, toffee, slight spice, nuts with a hint of metal, finishing slightly spicy.

Drank as part of a sampler on tap. Pours dark brown, with a creamy head, clear. Nose has notes of malt, chocolate, caramel, and coffee. Taste is nutty, with chocolate and caramel coming through. On the palate it is smooth, creamy, maybe a bit oily with a very clean finish. A good representation of a nut brown ale.

Bacterial (3051) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - AUG 16, 2014
Clear brown pour with a fluffy off-white head. Something in the nose of this is a bit off-putting. Grainy, malty nose with a hint of something I don’t like that I can’t put my finger on. Taste is pretty nice. Light caramel and malty. Thin. Watery finish.

[Tap] Part of a sampler at the brewery. Lighter shade of brown. Nice ring of lacing in glass. Sweet breads and caramel aroma. Only faint hints of any nuttiness. Decent malt blend keeps this from becoming too sweet. OK overall.

Drank at Carmelo's in Rib Mountain Wisconsin. Pours deep amber with a light brown head. Nutty taste with bitter follow. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
