COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bulldog is an award winning strong ale that was first brewed for the export market in 1947. The traditional recipe and maturing process of "warm conditioning" which takes place after fermentation, has been deliberately retained to preserve the strength and quality. The beer is dry hopped and the distinctive mellow flavour of Bulldog Strong Ale allowed to develop slowly.

Nice dark amber colour. Big head which lasts long. Tastes like lager. Not much of palate. I hardly believe this is an ale.

Caramel and red fruits, golden/orange with a good white head, light/medium body, medium carbonation, taste of caramel...not exceptional.

PlutonowyMan (828) - Baardegem, BELGIUM - AUG 26, 2016
Kolor miodowy, klarowny. Piana bia?a, wysoka i trwa?a, dobrze oblepia szk?o. W aromacie s?odowo??, karmel i cukier, do?? s?odko. Smak: karmel, akcenty s?odowe i chmielowe, raczej bez fajerwerków. Goryczka niska, prawie niezauwa?alna. Wysycenie ?rednie w kierunku do niskiego. Alkohol cho? nie jest wyczuwalny w aromacie a w smaku nie jest agresywny, to jednak na podniebieniu pozostawia swój wyra?ny ?lad.
