On draft at the brewpub. Pours a deep cloudy caramel with a medium white head. Aroma of apricots, wheat and malt. Taste of fresh apricots, malt and wheat. Beerapprentice (208) - Doylestown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 7, 2009
Pours a cloudy, dark honey coloured orange with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet apricots, honey, wheat and citrus hop flavours. Taste is much the same as the aroma. yobdoog (1888) - Kingston, New York, USA - APR 10, 2009
Nice looking beer. Aroma of peach skin and apricot. Taste is sweet and dry with peach and apricot. Semi tart with some mellow spice. CapnJazz (52) - Binghamton, New York, USA - MAR 28, 2009
Draft at the brewpub, clear gold with a small head. Underwhelming aroma and flavor, but pretty crisp and enjoyable. Nice apricot flavor. Very natural and fresh, subtle and good. Thin feel though. A good refreshing beer that would be best in the summer months. Rciesla (5607) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - MAR 1, 2009
Draft at Bullfrog. Pours a copper body with a thin white lacing. Full bodied wheat with hints of coriander and citrus. Light apricot and dry earthy fruits. Crackers and earthy bitterness.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with small whitish head. The aroma is doughy bread, dried apricot, and some crackers. The flavor is candyish apricot, mild lemon, some cookie-ish malts. I’m not a big fan of fruit-wheats, but this one isn’t as overdone as they usually tend to be. Dickinsonbeer (5073) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - FEB 9, 2009
Tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale golden and a thin lasting head. Aroma is dry crackery wheat with a moderate apricot fruit presence, toasty malts, and a bit weak- light fruity citrus hop as well. Flavor is fruity- apricot an ok malty sweet wheat- mostly dry crackery malts and a light crisp refreshing finish. Ok. Naka (719) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 1, 2009
Sampled on tap. Pours a dark hazy amber orange color. Foamy off-white head. Aroma is brown sugar, apricot, and mango. Not a strong wheat character, but has a lot of good apricot / fruit notes. Not too sweet, which is nice. Very well balanced for the style. Good rich body, but still somewhat refreshing. fredandboboflo (1570) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 31, 2008
Tap. Aroma of luscious apricot jam, both tart and sweet. Flavor weaker, just a standard wheaty apricot character, reduced tartness. Felt a bit watery at first, but body then seemed fine, just sometimes lacking in the flavor department. Still, pretty good, especially with that aroma. LilBeerDoctor (4198) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 27, 2008
On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light yellow with a small white head. Aroma of apricot (jam-like), very jammy. Flavor of more apricot with a weak, watery palate. Ok, but I’d like a better backbone.
