Tap. Aroma of luscious apricot jam, both tart and sweet. Flavor weaker, just a standard wheaty apricot character, reduced tartness. Felt a bit watery at first, but body then seemed fine, just sometimes lacking in the flavor department. Still, pretty good, especially with that aroma. bigrond (1499) - factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 2, 2008
had this at the Arena Bar & Grill. Decent fruit beer. nothing crazy, didn’t knock my socks off. But it was decent.

Draft, at Bullfrog Brewpub on 7/5/09. Pours a clear copper color, topped with a small white head. Aroma is a bit subdued, wheat is the highlight, but there are some hints of real apricot in the background. Wheat is the dominant flavor as well, but the apricot is a little more evident than in the aroma. There are notes of grain, a little earth, and white pepper in the background. Finish was a tad astringent. Better than I expected. MrBendo (1064) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - OCT 26, 2008
Draft at the brewpub. Muddy amber color. Huge head; the bartender poured it in a pitcher to save time drawing it out. Ultra fresh apricots, citrus (lemons) and floral hops. Wheat tartness. Hops weren’t as pronounced as I’d hoped.(the name on the blackboard was Aprihop) But A good fresh fruit beer. Probiere (992) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 8, 2004
Nice aroma, honestly smells like real fruit and not chemical fruit. In the mouth fruit overwhelms until the finish, which is astringent....like apricot pits...Shimmering orange color. An interesting one off, a drinkable fruit beer.

Great for this style of beer. Lightly sweet flavor and finish. Caramel malt backing the apricot flavor. Naka (719) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 1, 2009
Sampled on tap. Pours a dark hazy amber orange color. Foamy off-white head. Aroma is brown sugar, apricot, and mango. Not a strong wheat character, but has a lot of good apricot / fruit notes. Not too sweet, which is nice. Very well balanced for the style. Good rich body, but still somewhat refreshing. Miver (609) - Silver Spring, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 18, 2008
Draft at brewpub. Poured a murky orangish copper in color with a small beige head. Aroma of apricot and wheat. Taste is fruity with apricot, wheat and some cereal. Nice refreshing mouth feel. Drinkable on a hot summer day. ljay6880 (475) - , Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 14, 2011
5oz sample from a flight. Pour is a bright gold with a finger of fluffy white head that went the distance. Nose is apricots, malt, and light hops; the apricot is the dominant presence in this one. Taste is the same, but the apricot and malt take pole position in sweet, fruity masquerade. The finish is more of the same, but it is well met by subtle hops to create balance. This is easy to drink, and quite sessionable, but not something I would go out of my way to find. sirpsycho (393) - Murrysville, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 29, 2009
Draft @ Six N Save. Wow, who would have thought I could get a Bullfrog draft on the western side of PA ?!? Coloring is just like a glass of apple cider, small white head that dissapears almost immediately to leave a wisp on the top. Aroma is a very subdued apricot and wheat. Flavor is at first wheat and then a really great touch of apricot on the finish, though it’s not cloying or sweet, just enough to enjoy it, but not get sick of it. Finish is dry.
