On tap, at brewery. Pours a clear dark brown body with a one finger creamy beige head. The nose is sweet and fruity with lots of Belgian yeast. Some light burnt caramel and chocolate notes. Rather hearty aroma for such a light beer. The flavor is light, dry, slightly grainy malt with some toasted malt, burnt caramel, chocolate, and biscuity malt. Fruity and yeasty Belgian finish. The mouthfeel is kinda creamy with soft gentle carbonation. Finishes on the drier side. Overall it was pretty darn good. I kind of dig the idea of a full flavored Belgian that’s low in alcohol.
