tap at Bullfrog - dark roasted malts, with a dark pour. Creamy head... this must be on nitro. Rich chocolate. Green pepper notes some sharp black pepper on the finish. Damn tasty.

Draft at the Brewpub with Andrew, Brendan and big boy PJ. Sampled on Nitro. Pours a black body with creamy off-white lacing. Aroma is light. Mouthfeel is creamy with very light roast notes and coffee.

Tap. Pours a clear dark brown, nitro creamy light brown head. The nose is really chocolaty and indeed does remind one of cooked chocolate pudding. Very light roast notes. The flavor is sweet, packed with chocolate, but not overly cloying or sticky. This really is aptly named, it finishes like chocolate pudding. Amazing really. Lighter bodied with smooth nitro mouthfeel. Very nice sweet stout. I could drink a lot of this in a sitting.

Wow, heavy chocolates. Chocolates take over this beer, they are those tasty dark chocolates, them Belgian ones. Epic craft brew.
