On tap at Capone’s...
Appears a hazy, peach toned gold with a small, fluffy white, velvet cap that slowly fades out. Scattered streaks of lacing are left all over the glass.
Smell is yeasty, wheaty, lemony zest, blackberry presence, light tartness, mild bubblegum.
Taste is about the same as the aromas with a nice mix of yeasty, berries, and bubblegum flavors, along with some doughy bread.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, yeasty, fruity, and estery. johnadam2002 (529) - Hainesport, New Jersey, USA - SEP 22, 2007
Poured hazy yellow with small off white head. Aroma of fruit and wheat. Solid fruit and wheat combination with some hops character. Adam77 (457) - Eastampton, New Jersey, USA - MAY 14, 2009
Poured yellow with white head. Aroma of fruit and wheat. Started with a blackberry flavor that mellowed into some bread notes. Slamable for a hot day.
