12 oz draft at Capone’s Black Friday event. Pour is clear gold with an inch of white head. Nose is hops, bubblegum, malt, pepper, and light yeast. Taste is the same, and makes for a very lovely collaboration flavors. I was slightly cross-eyed by the time I got around to this gem, but I am only now "fixing" my rating :) This is a pretty good brew that I would enjoy again if the opportunity presented itself, but I wouldn’t go searching high and low for. jredmond (8626) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 27, 2010
Draft at Capone’s for his Black Friday Event. Pours a light golden amber with nice white lacing. Aroma is slightly yeasty, fruity, citrus, and herbal hops. The brew pours clear golden yellow with a small head. It tastes and smells sweet and spicy, with a bit of a bready and smooth finish. There is a welcoming familiar funk on both aroma and flavor as well, delicious!

Draft, at Capone’s (Norristown, PA). Poured cloudy yellow/golden, capped with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, spice, wild yeast, white pepper, and mild citrus. Lots of wheat flavor, with some wild yeast in the background. Flavors of grass, spice, earth, grapefruit, white pepper, and very light hops add some depth to the palate. Finishes dry. (USA) Courtesy of Matt from Capone’s !!! Pours a hazy yellow color with a med white foamy head. The aroma is of lemons, spices, and brett. Taste of fruit, pepper, malt, and a hint of funk. UPDATED: SEP 1, 2008 On tap at Capone’s. Hazy golden body with a lasting fluffy white head. Smells of fresh lemon juice, salt, wheat, and just of kiss of funk. Taste is very similar, fruity, fresh, pepper, slightly salty. Vibrant lively mouthfeel with a nice dry finish. This is how a saison should be done. [Draft @ Capones] Poured a hazy golden color with a medium sized white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of earth, some horsey brett, honey, dough, citrus, and light floral hops. Taste of more honey, citrus, toasted dough, and light bretty funk in the finish.
