On tap at Bullfrog last weekend. Served in a pint glass. Reviewed from notes.
Pours a light-medium amber color with a good white head and some nice lacing on the way down. The nose brings plenty of fresh Citra hops along with a moderate amount of bread. Good amber character behind the fresh hops. Flavor is really nice with citrus and light tropical character with an amber background. Light body with a good amount of bitterness. Semi-dry finish. Very well done. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 15, 2011
Tap, brewery. Pours a clear dark copper body with a one finger frothy white head that faded to a thin film leaving lots of nice lacing. The nose is beautiful bright citra hops, super fresh smelling, with some great tropical fruit notes. There’s some caramel maltiness there, but it’s very much just a background note. The flavor is wonderfully hoppy with a nice bright crisp bitterness. Some tropical fruits and a bit of citrus. Nicely restrained malt base. Medium bodied with fizzy pinpoint carbonation, nice length to the finish. A very nice refreshing lager with great hops. I could drink a good bit of this one.
