Tap. Pour a slightly hazy yellow hold body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is a little nicer than the nectarine version, much more fruit, otherwise pretty similar, yeast, wheat, minimal wild yeast influence. The flavor seems to pair better with the apricot as well, it’s like biting into a fresh apricot. The yeast and wheat linger in the background, letting the fruit take the stage. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. A nice smoothness to this from the heavy yeast presence. Again, not the biggest influence from the wild yeast, but with this one the fruit is so nice it doesn’t really matter. Nice beer. Amazing it’s so much better than the nectarine version.
