A very sweet wheat, lots of sugars. The flavors hit at the end with c Fruits . husband doesn’t like.tap

Tap. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold body with a one finger frothy white head that left lots of lacing. The nose is pretty light, some wheat, yeast, and a minimal nectarine note. Can’t say I smell much wild yeast in this one. The flavor is light as well, but there’s more nectarine than I was expecting based on the nose. Nicely yeasty and light wheat base. There’s a little more of the wild yeast in the flavor as well, there’s a little funkiness, especially on the finish. Light but very natural tasting nectarine fruitiness lingers on the back end. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Decent beer, a bit if a step up over the average brewpub fruited wheat.
