Pours a slightly hazy straw gold body with a small fizzy white head. The aroma has a lot more fruit in it than the other two farmhouse fruit versions. Not a whole lot of wheat or yeastiness makes it past the fruit, but there’s some. The plum jumps out at you right off the bat, very juicy and ripe tasting, minimal sweetness, some bready and wheat malt on the finish. A slight underlying brett funkiness that enhances the plum and adds complexity to what would just be a boring fruited Wheat. Easily the best of the three versions of this. Draft sample..light golden color with a touch of haze and a solid white fluffy head..nose is unique with dark fruit..raisins and plums taking over..mouthfeel is light bodied with a slight funk character that gets smacked a bit by the plum action..finishes with a slight crispness with cider like qualities as well..interesting offering kind of more like a simple plum sour than a wheat beer however..worth trying..
