750 ml bottle. Pours a deep brown murky caramel with a small beige head. Aroma of oak, raspberry, acidic raspberry and funky yeast. Taste of wild sour raspberry, oak and wild yeast. Very nice. alexsdad06 (10430) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 19, 2014
Bottle shared late night at RBWG Asheville from notes shared by our roommates the Columbus crew (one of the few that I haven’t entered). Pours a hazy orange/reddish/brown color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have big tart/sour raspberries, additional tart fruit, wood, vanilla, acidic, some funk, awesome that I had a chance to try this one. Bottle. Beautiful ruby red color, off pink head. Aroma of raspberry, cherry. Taste is softly sour mixed forest berries. Delicious. tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - JUL 4, 2014
Bottle: Thanks, Sean, for busing this one out. Deep, red-tinted copper, sort of murky with not much of a head, but a long-lasting, off-white collar. Aroma surprisingly has retained a huge raspberry jam presence, met in equal parts by a largely floral profile... Raspberry flowers, jammy jams, hints of fruity perfume, grass, berry skin, & a touch of wet oak. Big raspberry flavor; awesome to see it hold up after all these years. Mildly tart but not gum ripping or puckering. Soft. Hints of sweaty hay, lacto yeast, light lemon. A touch of back-end acidity that cuts the sweetness nicely. Little bit of wood in the finish, dry as expected. Not worth what you’ll have to trade to get it nowadays, but a very delicious raspberry wild ale. jackl (8071) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 24, 2014
Bottleshare in Asheville. Massive thanks to Deyholla! Hazy amber pour with a small head. Mellow raspberry meat and Eton Mess on the nose. Jelly donut filling. The taste is also pretty chilled. Soft raspberry lime ricky. Refined sugar. Lightly tart, easy to drink. Light body, soft carbonation. Great.

Bottle shared at RBWG 2014 Late Night tasting - Asheville. Thanks for this one! I love it when generous RBians pull out the big guns. Very good beer. Great snout of juicy, jammy raspberries. Light sweet flavor with decent sour berry twang, general fruits. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Great balance to finish with further tart and lightly jammy raspberry. Bottle shared by thebaldwizard and Puddintane- didn’t realize it was shared by those shitheads, or else I’d have rated it lower. Anyway, pours a somewhat cloudy red-orange with a tiny ring for a head. Lots of raspberry, cherry, vanilla, and oak, with some vinegar acidity, some dusty, musty funk. Light-medium bodied, with low carbonation. Dry and acetic. Fairly simple, but really nice. Holding up well. Cool beer, thanks for sharing! GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - FEB 14, 2014

>> Thank you, holy cow, to JoeMuck and puddin’ for this wale. Clear red orange pour with minimal layer of white foam. Nose is seedy, bright, raspberry jam, some LP Kriek like fruit skin phenols, and sharp acetic acid impending. Taste is very light, salty, soft and low sourness, no acetic acid/vinegar though, woody barrel. Soft, clean, refreshing. Straightforward, low boost, bright. I like.
Bottle at aLoft courtesy of deyholla, thanks Derek. Pours a ruby red color with white head. Sweet, cherry, tangy aromas. Tangy, cherry, raspberry, tart flavors. Really fucking nice! drsordr (2659) - Loveland, Ohio, USA - FEB 6, 2014
Bottle pour murky brown to mauve. Nose sour raspberry. Taste nice sour up front. Light raspberry flavor. Light on finish.
