A dry fruity rustic farmhouse ale. Brewed with French pale malt and a variety of yeasts from France and South Belgium. Finished with fruity high alpha American hops as well as coriander and orange peel.
Draft at brewpub. Pours golden with a half an inch of foam. Notes of coriander and a slight orange but I’m not getting much funk. Slight barnyard on the tongue. Finish is clean. Solid but not as successful as other attempts from them.
