( 750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Pours very murky rusty orange with huge fluffy lasting head. Nose is funky and fruity. Taste is apricot, alcohol, creamy with a great sweet linger. I also find that it has a good crisp hop kick at the end. drewbeerme (3921) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 14, 2009

750ml bottle from kramer. thanks jason.... pours a medium apple cider brown and a medium frothy white head.... aroma of must, yeast, berries, some mint?, and very spices...slighty tart, and earthy. muted flavor overall. some berries to add but doesn’t mesh well all things considered. 750 shared by vferg. Pours a hazed honey amber- a bit muddy with a huge carbonation and a dirty yeasty big head. Aroma has a sharp sweet-tartness to it, with weird fruity esters esp as it warms- almost a grape and strawberry ester presence- with a muddled yeasty and dry crackery malts. Flavor is yeasty, phenolic, fruity, dough, dirty muddy yeast, toffee, light sweetness with a hint of tartness in the finish. A bit messy and really looks kinda bad next to the Haverhill BdG. This is a definite miss for Bullfrog. j12601 (13297) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - OCT 31, 2009
Bottle at Paul’s place for Kan’s visit. Pours a murky light brown with a medium sized white head. Light sweet caramel, grain, slight musk, and a bit of old apples. Medium bodied, light acid note. Finishes with a touch of a slow bitterness.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. The look is cloudy, orange in color with an off white head. The smell is orange, fruits, yeast, sweet, and good. The taste is fruits, sweet, alcohol, and a mix. dmac (6574) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - OCT 24, 2009
Bottle shared at Moosetoberfest. Poured a honey amber with a thick large foamy mostly white head. Aroma was vinous with chardonnay notes, wood and apple cider. Full foamy bodied. Slight metallic notes on the initial flavor, grains and rust over top some white grapes and vinegar. I was rather underwhelmed by this and once again Bullfrog seems to be more Bullshit and hype then good brew. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 22, 2009
750ml Bottle: Aroma of light tart fruit, light yeast, wheat bread crusts, grains, spices, cardamom, earth, slight citric acid, slight sour-apple, and slight fruit. Poured muddy brown in color with a large, loose, tan head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Flavor is complex, lightly sweet, and slightly bitter. Tastes of dirty malts, light spices, yeast, slight sugary fruit candy, slight citric acid, slight mushroom, light hops, and slight wood. Light to medium body. Dry, slightly chalky texture. Lively carbonation makes my cheeks expand. Malt, grain, light hop finish is dry and slightly chalky. 7.2%ABV is completely hidden. yobdoog (1888) - Kingston, New York, USA - OCT 22, 2009
Hazy body with a small head. Aroma has some citrus, wheat, a hint of spice and some faint funk. Flavor is bright, crisp, smooth and a little tart fruit, spice and yeast.
