Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours with a large bone colored head over a muddy amber body. Aroma is butter, cinnamon, pastries, alcohol and apple pie. Really nice. Taste is a bit sour with some green apple, and caramel. Doesn’t live up to the aroma. Fizzy. MeadMe (1661) - Fishhawk, Florida, USA - JUN 19, 2010
A: Pours an brownish amber hue with a small off white head. Lite retention and no lace.
S: Very yeasty. Subtle spice with some sweet fruit notes.
T: Weird mustiness going on here. The yeast is rather dominate as well with a nice spicy quality. Mild fruit notes with hints of candy sweetness.
M: Medium in body, zippy carbonation, dry finish.

Cork gives a large pop, then pours red-copper with a nice beige head. Vinous nose with a lot of sugary grape and apple, also some cinnamon. Flavor is a buzz-kill though, a thorough mess of spice and light fruit sweetness, heavily contrasted. Strong carbonation. Probably my least favorite Bullfrog bottle thus far. redlight (2318) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 3, 2009
i think Beerlando shared this one, can’t remember sorry! Sour funky aroma, very Fantome-like! Pour amber with a white head. Spicy caramel malts with funky flavors, barnyard flavors, a lot of brett character. Very interesting beer! koopa (338) - , New Jersey, USA - MAY 25, 2010
750ml caged and corked bottle purchased at Capone’s.
Appearance: Nice brown body with garnet corners. The head is 2 fingers, beige, rocky, and beautiful! Loads of retention and lace.
Smell: Yeast, peach, apricot, and a touch of honey sweetness.
Taste: Prickly carbonation leads into some dark fruit like cherries and plums, then there is a transition to peach and apricot followed with a semi-dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Just fine medium body with prickly carbonation.
Driknkability: There is just a bitter acrid character to the flavor that makes the bottle hard to get through.
It gets much better as it warms but this one is a miss for me.
