Draft at brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with no head. Has some Apple notes on the nose and a lot of barnyard as well. Definitely on the dry side with the funky yeast really livening this one up. Nice!

Pour pale yellow like lemonade with a thin half finger head with some lacing. Aroma is tart apple, some funk, over ripe fruits, spices, and some sweet malts. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma. Has a medium-light body with a semi watery mouthfeel and a dry, semi sour, medium finish. Overall, a decently tasty cider that is pretty interesting and drinkable.

Tap at Bullfrog. Pale cloudy yellow, was Tom Waits might call a ‘dish water blonde’. Musty fruity lemon nose, mouth is outright sour, huge lemon with some pineapple, green apple, super fresh and zesty, medium-full body, great effect of Brett on a great base cider. Super-refreshing, has something I can’t quite nail, like a green apple Jolly Rancher. [2016.07.22: 3.5]

Pours a very bright, clear light yellow like lemonade with lots of tiny clear bubbles. Very tart, crisp and refreshing. More tart than sour or sweet. Very enjoyable.

Tap bowsers. Light orange in color. Somewhat vinegar aroma. Very good cutting feel on this one. Not overly sweet like so many of its domestic brethren. Not your typical fru fru fruity sweet cider pop. The fermentation has gone pertty far on this one. Almost comes across a little farmy and a little like mild real lambic. Some apple peel on the finish.

Bottle courtesy of Frank at his NYC spot. Pours a light golden body with minor haze and white lace. Mouthfeel is medium to thin bodied with notes of brett, wood, apple, light tartness, fruit skins and funky yeast. Not too sweet, some apple juice towards the finish. Good stuff overall.

Bottle from Frank - thanks! Medium- to thick-bodied cider with notes of ripened red apple and some yeasty funkiness though not a ton. Nose really sweet and tart. Enjoyed.

Tap from source. hazy pale yellow. Smells lemony and sour with a hint of perfume. Nice and lightly sour with an apple under current.

On tap at Kite and Key in Philly, pours a very hazy, neon yellow/green with zero head. Nose has apples, green apple skins, a little lemon, some cheesiness. Flavor is balanced between the sweet and tart, juice, honey, lemon, straw, a little bubblegum. Mostly dry finish.

Tap at PGH beer fest. Pours a murky golden color. Crazy foamy pour but then no head. Aromas of ripe apples, light cider vinegar. Taste is sweet with a sour funk finish.
