hazy orange tea, thin white ring, fizzy small head. Thin mango, grassy bitter nose. Lightly sugar front, juicy orange, papery bitterness mid before sticky end, light rubber cement bitterness with the plastic finish, fizzy full body muting.

This poured a hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma was of fresh cut grassy, oranges, light peach, and overippened apple skin. Flavor was similar, the fruity character of the hops really blended will with the earthy sweetness of the apple must. Nice.

swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JAN 18, 2014
Draft at Bullfrog, golden pour, medium bodied. Crisp APA , very nice bitterness. Sharp hop flavor, crisp light apple notes. Nice

PhillyCraft (8202) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 9, 2014
On tap at Bru, pours somewhat clearish golden with small to medium white head, not much lacing. Aromas of crisp hops, red apple skins, and clean malt. Flavor was most of the same with a pleasant balance of hops and apple notes. Lighter to medium body. Good but I wish they would make dank IPAs and cider separate.

kramer (6991) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 14, 2013
Tap. Pour a slightly hazy gold with a small foamy white head. The nose is really interesting, some bready malt with a backdrop of apple cider and some light floral hops. The flavor is really heavy on the apple skins, but not lots of apple juice like notes. Solid Blond Ale base, enough citrusy hop bitterness to keep the sweetness in check. Lighter bodied, very easy drinking, soft fizzy carbonation. Good attempt at a fruit beer.

Really enjoyed drinking this one. The abv at the brewery said 6.5 and i could tell after three pints. The apple notes were not overpowering like other apple ales i have tried. Very goole ale will be back for more!

DiarmaidBHK (6151) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 20, 2013
Draft at brewpub. Pours golden with an inch of white foam that doesn’t leave much lacing. Massive floral hop notes on the nose. They must have dry hopped the shit out if this one. Lots of leafy and floral notes on the tongue. Finishes clean and tight. I didn’t get much apple on this one but who gives a shit about that. This is one of the best pale ales I’ve ever had.

Beerathon (1680) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 29, 2013
Thoroughly impressed with the amount of flavor packed into this beer. Hoppy, with enough apple to come through in the taste. Very enjoyable.
