COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kegs Gone Wild today is Knotty Kilt, I decided to let our kegs rest a while longer so this one’s actually a barrel-aged beer and cask conditioned for your drinking pleasure. Mmmmm taste the sour!

On tap, at brewery. Pours a hazy dark amber with a frothy tight bubbled beige head. The nose is a nice mix of funky brett, light bourbon, and some woody notes. The flavor is pretty nice, light bourbon, lots of brett, no acetic notes at all, some light caramel and vanilla as well. Medium bodied with fine fizzy carbonation. Some lingering brett and wood tannins on the finish. After it warmed a bit there were some light cereal grains that came out towards the back end. Pretty nice beer, I like the funk and bourbon mix.
