Big Thanks to Gillard.
A: Pours a cloudy golden hue with a small foamy white head. Very little retention and just a few spots of lace.
S: Lots of sour citrus, with light grape notes.
T: Lots of very tart grapefruit, under ripe oranges, and brett. Nice tartness without being overthetop. This beer is not over rated.
M: On the lighter side of medium, zippy carbonation, with a nice blast of acid.

Bottle thanks to boomer0813. The look is cloudy, has a decent white head, and is sort of yellow in color. The smell is tart, sour, fruits, brett, and good. The taste is tart, fruits, sour, brett, and good. DaSilky1 (2608) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 25, 2010
Golden color...my bottom of the bottle poyr was on the cloudy yeasty side...thin head. Nose was sour with clean fruitiness and a little background funk. The nose was thick and chunky, sour and nice...flavors were clean, sour, and nicely fruity with sour apricot and powdered sugar combining nicely and painted with a little booziness. 750ml bottle, probably aged a good 6+ months. After an intense wrestling match with the cork, the pour yields a cloudy, glowing, golden-amber body that is topped with a thin layer of white head that pulls an almost instant disappearing act. There’s not a dot of lacing to be found. Aromas are wild and dry, showing a big, dusty brett layer over waves of sour lemon and tangerine. A waft of new leather emerges, while woody oak stays persistent throughout. The flavor is strikingly sour, again bringing lemon, but this time with a blast of white grapefruit. Brettanomyces imparts its signature, dry, buggy funk, as hints of leftover grassy grain provide just the slightest hint of maltiness. Aggressive virgin oak remains involved at all times, and flexes its muscle on the finish. As a good sour should, this one features a bone dry, lively, effervescent palate, showing persistent acidity throughout. Another fine brew from the folks at Bullfrog. These guys really know what they are doing. bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - DEC 30, 2009
( 750ml bottle, courtesy of Boomer0815 ) Pours a hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of barnyard, citrus, peach, subtle passion fruit, and pineapple. Flavor of sour citrus, herbs, mango, and earthiness. Thanks Amanda!!

25 oz bottle. So I’m here entering my backlog when I realize that I am both out of beer in my glass and about to enter my 2500th rating. I guess instead of drinking that random IPA I pulled out of the cellar I might as well grab something of meaning, I figure a nice local bottle is in order, andso here I am. Pours a clear dark gold with a small fizzy white head that faded quickly to a thin ring. The nose has a nice sweet-tart, almost Gueuze like aroma with some wood, brett, citrus rind, and light tropical fruits. Some pale malts as well and a touch of funky cheese. The flavor is quite funky and tart, but there’s not a real sour kick to this at all, it’s very soft and well rounded as far as that goes, it makes it really easy drinking. A good bit of brett and dry oak, especially on the finish. Some light lingering acetic notes. The mouth feel is dry and fairly crisp with a prickly fizzy carbonation level that keeps it feeling lively. Overall a pretty nice effort. The more I had though, there was a sweetness on the finish that got a bit tedious. yobdoog (1888) - Kingston, New York, USA - DEC 22, 2009
