My 100th Bullfrog rate entered! Tap, brewery. Pours a slightly hazy copper body with a one finger fizzy white head that slowly faded to a wispy covering. Some light lacing. The nose is a mix of hops and Belgian yeastiness, pretty bright and crisp, very fresh. Some nice unusual fruity notes from the hops. Never came across this variety before I think, it’s quite nice. The flavor has a pretty high level of bitterness compared to most Belgian IPAs. Citrusy and yet rather soft from the yeast, this is quite drinkable and refreshing. Medium bodied with a bit of a creamy texture, moderate fizzy carbonation. Another very nice beer from Bullfrog. I like the unusual hop used.
