This is an excellent beer. Low alcohol, yes but very tasty. It pours dark amber with a fluffy head. The aroma has caramel sweetness and some citrus. The flavor is light and refreshing with a nice sour fruit taste

Dradt at Khyber Pass. Tulip. Poured a very cloudy brown. Thick white head that mostly disappeared. Unusual earthy pungent brew. Escargot. Truffles. Mushrooms. Black peppercorns. Sharp top. Watery body. Lots of very dark fruit underneath. Raisins. Prunes. Did not like at first taste but definitely grew on me. Extraordinary actually. Such watery darkness that finishes with a pleasant sharp spike.

Tap at Bainbridge. My menu said 5.3%, not sure if it went up or dif batch. Whatever, pours hazy brownish color with whiteish head. Small lacing. Notes of belgian spice and yeast, caramel malt, pepper, and bread. Medium body. Average table saison.

2013-08-16. Hazy dark amber brown body small white head and lace. Aroma is lightly fruity with a tangy malt character that foreshadows the flavour. Flavour is sort of earthy and tangy, lightly bitter. I am not a fan of tangy malt character. Average to light bodied palate, modest carbonation. Okay but not for me. On tap at the brewpub, Williamsport

Draft at brewpub. Pours brown with a half inch of white foam that rapidly disappears. Kind of an estery thing on the nose. Fairly light on the tongue with a bit of hop funk on the finish. Eh!
