Bottle… October ’09 O-Town Throwdown… Murky pear-colored ale with a small, white head. The aroma is fruity, earthy and woody with a heaping helping of ethanol. Full-bodied with lazy carbonation. Fruity, sweet, then bitter. The bitter finish numbs my tongue. Bottle provided by Beerlando! daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - OCT 29, 2009
Orangish pour. Caramel, citrus and flor hops. Funky as hell flavor with some citrus hops. Wierd. yobdoog (1888) - Kingston, New York, USA - OCT 27, 2009

bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. murky amber with a white head. nose is citrusy hops, oranges and brett. nice on the palate with a great brett flavor that is balanced out in the end by the hops. Beerlando (3342) - Orlando, Florida, USA - OCT 23, 2009
Fresh 750ml bottle, corked and caged. The pour yields a hazy golden-orange body with a small but lasting head of ivory colored froth. Spotty, splotchy lacing marks the glass. The aroma shows dry, dusty brett right up front, with some oaky, peppery notes. Hops come through with notes of orange peel and dank grass, showing over a dried up toffee malt base. Flavors are again very dank and bitter, grassy as hell, with supporting notes of lemon and grapefruit. The brett component is very dusty, and it’s clearly munched through alot of the toffee malt sweetness. Medium-plus in body and balanced in carbonation, the palate is super dry, finishing earthy. It’s pretty solid and definitely interesting, but I’m not entirely sold on the brett-IPA kick.

Courtesy beerlando. Pours golden, with a white head. Smells of some mysty hops and caramel malt features. Littel it of funk from the brett. The flavor was kind of unusual for an ipa because of the brett Im assuming, but made it fairly interesting. Pretty floral and earthy with some citric hops combined. Not an astonishing IPA, but a nice take on a different style of it. Rosebud butternuts (2396) - Denton, Texas, USA - OCT 22, 2009
